Xth for Torb has the second highest winrate on PC and is viable on attack defend and KOTH

If you take away the reload on the Roll it makes it basically useless. It goes like 5 feet and doesn't even have invincibility frames like Tracer's and Genji's shit.

All they should have done was add a decently long CD on FtH like Lucio's Alt fire has. That was a McCree that goes for a FtH -> Roll combo still has to rely on his Left Click for a good 8-10 seconds.

His left click actually kinda sucks ass because it has a lot of recoil, a delay and massive fall off damage at like 18 feet (For refrence, Genji's dash takes him about 15 feet)

There's no reason why you would pick McCree over a 76 who has similar mid range damage, the same HP but also better mobility, burst and a fucking group heal.

He's not bad, stop immediately jumping to his defense and acting like nothing is wrong with him. The problem is he's not good at doing what he's literally designed to do anymore. Characters like Tracer and Genji can and will run circles around you if they're slightly competent. He's still good, has a higher ceiling, and has a useful ult for area denial. Overall though, he's a worse pick than 76 or Reaper in more situations than not.
