If you are playing in legacy mode you are basically playing with one more delay than sfiv.

Honestly, I don't know why more top players are not playing in legacy mode.

If I was a Daigo or Momochi and I missed an uppercut (like they were doing at CEO) I would go straight to legacy mode the next match.
