Are there any decent things about comp? Haven't done my placement matches yet but it sounds like comp is bullshit with you needing a 70%+ win rate to even rank up while one loss can instantly derank you.

when the season ends you get a bundle of points depending on how high your rank was
so you can either troll to the shitter leagues and farm individual points or play it right and hope you deserve to be high enough to get a ton of points at the end of the season

Yeah, its a lot of fun. Its very fun to play; all the characters feel unique and have enjoyable abilities. Competitive mode was just released yesterday, if you enjoy that sort of thing.

Depending on the payload you can charge or Bastion as Rein. I could get Bastion to fuck off with this on Dorado but it doesn't seem to work on Gibraltar's payload.
