He would be able to be an idol who was previously a producer without being called a producer at all as long as the setting of the conversation was SideM.

ML is primarily a Theater. Most of their cards and workload depicts them in Plays / Movies / Whatever. Hence their cards tend to be more dynamic and action based. They're mundane girls acting out in not so mundane things.

CG is a more standard idol agency, but their roster is a rainbow colored clusterfuck of oh god what the fuck are these girls. Nonetheless, most of their jobs tend to be normal idol stuff.
