Why do some of my skills have a yellow or red star next to them? Do they just mean that I use those skills a lot, or are they more effective now?

Yellow means it was upgraded once, and red means you're wearing a skill ring IIRC

We can see the Dragonforged for the exact same reason we can see Olra.
We can see "shadows" of ancient Arisens. In the case of the Dragonforged, it seems he only reveals himself to promising Arisen to guide them.

You can make anyone a pawn.
The Dragonforge only trusted his own strenght, never other people. So him making his pawn a reflect of himself is logical.

I don't think so. I think they just bit off more than they could chew. The post-dragon stuff is just as janky and weird as the rest of the game.

DD is very rough but beautiful gem.

Keyboard and mouse are totally fine for melee, but having to press q and then e and then e again to use a skill instead of a mouse button, and then having to press q again if I want to use a heavy attack... It's just fucking stupid.

How do you not have sliders of your own pawn, moff.

you don't though, you press q or alt to switch to bow mode and then m2 to aim and m1 to fire while aiming or hold down alt and press m1, m2 or e to ready/use a bow skill

it's no more intuitive with a controller really, nor for melee

You wanna fire regular shots you have to press q then hold a mouse button and press another mouse button to fire. You wanna use a skill like full bend bound to e you have to hold alt then press e and hit e when it's done charging. Then you gotta hit q to close the bow mode of you wanna do a heavy attack.

Also here's my current party and our fashion. Pawn and Arisen are pretty poor, waiting to get back to Gran Soren before sitting down and sorting shit out. But anyway, you got the rugged ranger/barbarian look nailed down.

He actively participate in fights if you are in trouble and boy he wrecks shit.
It takes 3 hits of his broadsword to take out a Saurian or a Grimgoblin leader.
I feel he's escorting me more than I'm escorting him.

Sure, it should be fine. Pawns are mostly useful for utility, so it shouldn't hurt to have suboptimal damage.
