What are all the business ventures you have attempted and have either failed or succeeded?
I have >made a platform where you can get a monthly subscription to have real girls comment on and like every picture you post on instagram to give you 'status' >made tshirts >sold hiphop beats that a buddy of mine made to rappers >tried to learn to code (without a real purpose, but I was told i would make me money
I am currently: >trying to sell shit via affialite links >selling an alibaba product on amazon
So far I have made $0 with all of this. I work a retail job to fund all of this.
Nathan Lee
How hard did you try starting your tshirt company? I know a lot of succesful people that are in fashion..what everyone seems to forget is that it literally is all about marketing and who is wearing your clothes on instagram.
Joshua Ortiz
yeah that business was the one I tried the least hard at honestly. I found this leaked drake song from Views before it was released, and quickly made a shirt with one of the lines on it. But people on the KTT drake forum didn't like it, so I dipped out

>>selling an alibaba product on amazon seems like to much work with all that warranty and shit. I live in germany.
Ryan Harris
OP you have to do more research, and find one avenue that works for you, and try to get revenue from it. There are different tools that can help you with amazon, and selling just 1 product on there isn't going to help
Juan Morgan
I'm following a pretty straightforward plan. I found a product (beard oil), made a logo etc. Now I'm giving it away for free to get a shitload of reviews. Then hopefully my next batch I can sell because I'll rank high by all the reviews.
Dominic Hill
I'll deal with that when it comes. I live in the netherlands, I sell my stuff through the UK amazon.
Aaron Brooks
What made you decide on the oil, and how did you make a logo? Did you draw one yourself, or did you hire an artist?
I'm currently exploring any avenue that will let me be my own boss. I've got a stupid fear of authority above me, like bosses and shit. Makes maintaining a job incredibly hard, specially if you get the stress shits all the time.

>beard oil
wow no wonder you've made $0

Parker Lee
yo, I think remote control lawnmowers are a great idea. Do they work well or will it just run over my dog?

I tried to become a DOTA 2 streamer.
We got shut down by a Korean company claiming to own DOTA 2, and youtube stopped believing us after a while.
Michael Lopez
Has anyone here had any success off of kindle publishing or FBA?
Caleb Wilson
What a great idea user how did you come up with it.
Landon Robinson
are you the guy who had the farmers trying to get you to drop shit off to them for almost nothing?

> Wanted to get hemp clothes from china and sell here in Aus - Didnt take it much further
>Tried to start a website about where to find, free/cheap shit for uni students, wasn't getting any views, got bored of it
>Got an app designed by an app company but I dont have the money to build it
Currently: >Designed an app for teens, waiting on app store to approve it
James Edwards
I cant figure alibaba out. It's hard to communicate with them. I guess its the lang barrier.

>stress shits > get employees your really gonna shart in the mart Stop eating shit food faggot

Lol, yes and yes? (Ardumower) is a fun rabbit hole. I got call backs to be on America's Greatest Makers Season 2 until i relised my idea is already fucking open source. Oh well. What i built was pretty much a frankenstien's monster of rc parts, an electric wheelchair, and a push mower. I got in a hurry and didnt make the deck adjustable. And its pretty fucking hard to drive. I wifi camera would make guiding it easier and i could mow from my couch, but u have to get an uncommon frequency since the fucking transmitter runs on the common one. Y can get sensors to make it a giant roomba. Kinda just lost interest and ran out of funds.
I built it thinking i could leave the mower off and my neices and nephews could ride it around.
Nope, dangerous as fuck. It can wheelie from a dead stop and take a full grown man down at the shins.
My asshole buddy put a big dent in my pickup fender with it. Lol.
I'm bulding an army of smaller bots for autonomous mowing next year.
Also, there is no money to be had. I've got about $600 in it not counting the wheelchair and mower. Cant sell it for $500 on cl or fb so im building a riding mower deck and really get some grass cut.
Christopher Collins
Not that i recall?
Hunter Taylor
Can't you just start a mowing company and have your robots do all the work?
>$0 labor costs >mow multiple lawns at once
Tyler Williams
OOOHHHH. Actually yeah, if u mean hauling rock. Fucking jews all over. Fucking stupid...
>"whale i can harl it for that...!" >well, fucking do it then asshole cause i gott pay uncle sam, pay repairs, pay bills, pay fuel, pay insurance, and still make money so fuckoff...
Jeremiah Allen
:D. good eye user. That's the idea. The problem is getting affordable mowers built for less than just paying someone to mow. With the right setup though its easy. Bump sensors like a roomba and u bury a perimiter wire to keep them from terrorizing the neighborhood. I think i can build the maching to bury the wire for near nothing. And ill plug the charge houses into the people houses we mow. Was contemplating some sort of contract next year and free setup. Just hard to find a quality mower. They are either large gas models, cheap 3d printed garbage, or expensive lithium bots begging to be stolen.
Brayden Taylor
Well going electric, like you said, you can just plug it into the customers' homes and run for free. I think that anything under a few grand per machine should be worth it, depending how long it lasts. Mow for a couple weeks and you'll be in the black, better than most businesses can say. A normal commercial mower can easily run a few grand anyway. I guess it also depends how much you have to keep fixing it too.
Christopher Mitchell
I've considered a few reprap models and pay a friend of mine to work from home and print parts. If i can get the cost down just a little bit more it is a viable option. Just drop about 10 of the little bastards off in a new yard 1 or 2 times a day. Or leave a coupke to run 24/7.
Getting a standardized system with theft protection has been the only problem.
Im building myself a small army reguardless. But if people will pay wtf ever its worth for me to crank these out i guess there is no reason not too.
They sell quality mowers for like 3 grand and all the work is done. But id like them to be paid off in 1 year and i doubt anyone is going to pay $1,000 a month to mow when they only pay like $100 now.
It might be worth droping a few off at a local golf course or landing strip where constant mowing is required though.
William Cruz
>netflix for panties >girl subscribes and gets a pair of new panties every month >had it up for 3 days got 1 subscriber >shut it down after advertising for 200 bucks
>drop shipping site >made 400 profit >baled after the business dried out in a month
>a couple of porn sites >made 14 bucks all in all so went to the negative 200 with those ones.
>review/affiliate site for baby products >never had the energy to finnish it >negative 10 dollars
>bought social media bots for 200 bucks >proxies for maybe 100 bucks
So im in the negative a bit, stopped doing it because of the work/profit ratio. All in all i put in maybe 100-200 hours for that.
Learned alot so I still think it was worth it. I think something with tech could be very profitable, computer cases would probably be good since they dont really break easily in shipping.
Nathaniel Bell
>>netflix for panties Tried this 10 years ago. Didn't work any better then. When was your attempt?

post your throwaway email address
Adrian Lewis
About a year ago. It seemed like a good idea, with very little competition. Could only find one other site that did it and it was really shitty.
My advertising was mostly on reddit also, since Im banned from ever advertising on FB. It might work better with a target audience of 40+ females on FB.
Connor Campbell
>It seemed like a good idea Lol. Yeah, that's what we thought too.
Colton Wilson
Should have been a system where a girl gets new panties every day for cheap, and sends the old ones back instead of washing them. Then the used ones get sent to perverts at a markup.
Jaxson Phillips
how'd you do your porn sites? crawlers?

dude if people are stupid enough to spend money on shit like that then you deserve their cash more than they do. they'd probably just give it to the wallet inspector if you hadnt snatched it up first.

I'm browing potions and enchantments on that site. Fucking hilarious.
What did you actually make the potion with? Literal snake oil?

Its just so morally wrong.

Was it successful ?
Ryder Mitchell
It wasn't just one enterprise that sold everything. It was just the same middleman setup, but with a different product through the years. They were all successful to some extent. Some much more than others.
Evan Williams
how the hell did that first one fail? thats genius
