She can ressurect the dead, not a stretch to assume she figured out anti aging. 76 was in a super soldier program, think Boss, and lived through an explosion that destroyed the organization he fought so hard for. Premature graying and hair loss would be normal under such conditions.

In any case, you can use your ultimate to soften them up before shooting them with your basic attack. I believe that's how you're supposed to get it.

It's not the same as Lucio and Zenyatta both "heal slow" because they both heal slower than Mercy. Zenyatta heals more than three times as fast as Lucio does.

The tradeoff to Zenyatta's slow healing is that he can stay farther back from his healing target than either of the other two, and at the same time he can mark a specific target on the field for 50 percent more damage (Mercy's damage beam only does 30 percent more), which combined with the fact that he can attack with crazy range and no damage falloff while he does these two things makes him a dangerous character if played right.

The reason he's underpowered is because he has terrible survivability in a game with characters like Reaper and Winston, it has nothing to do with his healing. His healing is only slightly slower than Mercy's and it lets his squishy ass stay farther back while she has to be on the front line the entire time.

I'm not going to deny that Zenyatta is fairly niche and in most situations Lucy and Mercio outclass him but to make the sweeping declaration that he's "objectively" garbage because you boiled the enormous difference in heals between him and the BR down to "lol they both heal slow" is asinine.
