It looks like this for each macro.

/hotbar copy FSH 3 current 9
/hotbar display 9

Simply change FSH to whatever you're going to be using for sacrificial hotbar space. Replace 3 with the specific hotbar (I used 3, 4, 5 and 6). Replace 9 with whatever hotbar you want to host the UI.

Note that all hotbars used must NOT be shared between classes.

That can be said from pretty much everyone, but you don't need to smear it on everyone's face
