it gives you more accuracy. no one really knows what accuracy means, its probably a combination of a few stats/things like weapon bloom or aim assist. its 4 seconds, the timer shows up on the left hand side when you switch to a weapon that has it active.

Is mulligan still a total garbage perk? I got an Eyasluna to drop with steadyhand/sureshot/quickdraw, triple tap, rifled barrel, and mulligan but last I played mulligan was trash.

they buffed its proc chance but its still mostly shit. if you miss a shot in PvP with a hand cannon you're probably dead anyways, so the return on ammo isn't great. your roll seems built for PvE anyways with triple tap so might as well keep it.

No firefly on this thing, sadly. Middle perks and sights are not that important.

All the first perks are shit, Eye of the Storm and Life Support will probably be the most useful.
Third Eye for second perk. Hidden Hand is alright.

Injection mold for the middle perk. Not for the increased stability, but because it handles like shit. It has plenty of range so the drop doesn't hurt it.

did you not play year 1? every control match ever on that map ended with one team having A/B and staring at the C window while the entire enemy team jumped through to their death. you'd have 1 or 2 stragglers trying to get around to A but they'd get dusted in 30 seconds flat no problem.
