Do one shitty quest in Klai side and save the portal. Go to Orsha side and start questing there and leave a shitty quest portal on Orsha side before returning to your Klai side portal and start questing there and repeat.

I'd like to also point out that IMC isn't particularly agile. It's the NA deparment of a primarily Korean game company that is operating through a network of other publishers and/or distributors (Steam). Stuff isn't going to change as fast as say, your typical RO private server.
That being said we've received a shockingly immediate response to some things. Examples being the early access release model, addon abuse, etc.
Unfortunately, I'm willing to bet the reasons these things happened so immediately is because someone very loudly complained on the forums. Do quests in klaiklai until you get a return to klaipedia
Now do quests in orsha until you get a return
to orsha, now go to klai after doing orsha quests using quest tele
do klai quests until return before teleing to orsha
ad ifinitum

By the time you run out of returns, you'll be earning so much shekels 500 silver is laughable

Seriously, all you need to save is one quest for Fedimian, since you'll be teleporting there all the fucking time and the prices start to reach bullshit levels. (You'll save like a million silver over the course of a month)

Lots of people have, its fairly common to get hats from party events.
The high droprate of rare headgear is countered by the need of socialisation and rng.

He's asking if someone has seen a party event and gotten a hat in launch, not icbt2 or ktos or kbt.
Afaik the party events don't work in itos

Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if kToS is more important to IMC just because they only care about whales, and Koreans are notorious whales.

People in iToS are probably buying smaller, more consistent amounts of TP. Overall, it's probably making them more money, but that doesn't matter to IMC because it's still too little and too unreliable - they'd rather have 10 whales each paying 10000 dollars than 1000 players each paying 10 dollars, because those 10 whales are the game's bitches.

Honestly, they'd probably be incredible. Perfect old-style sandboxes, like Maplestory before it was shit, or RO before it was shit. Those are the sorts of games BRs like best.

So as an INT cleric, should I save this sapphire I found for Sage Wall or am I good to sell it?
I know Arde Dagger is what I want, but would the wall be any good as a secondary off-hand?

Sage Wall is for Priests since it has +11 SPR for stone skin, just stick with arde if you're an INT cleric since you want the damage

Everything from Cleric2 > Kriv1 > Paladin3 scales with SPR

Theres both a full str and full spr build.
Full spr scales better, full str is generally more fun to play unless you like being worthless outside parties and killing 150k+ hp enemies instantly occasionally.

Really the best pally build is the priest 3, pally 3 variant where your party takes basically zero damage and never needs heals ever but enjoy only being able to kill nuos at maven and needing to suck cock to kill anything else at maven.

I am going to marry a cute Cryo girl. She'll freeze monsters to increase my damage, as well as cast Lethargy for even more damage.
