I haven't tried those commands yet.

I tried starting up Skyrim with all my mods, then some of my mods and then finally vanilla. Running the Skyrim_launcher.exe with no compatibility, WIn8 compat, and then Win7 compat.

I made sure that the game was complete uninstalled and then reinstalled it.

Seems everytime the game starts up fine, goes to main menu fine, goes to the load screen (that always shows Alduin) and after a few seconds just crashes to desktop with no error code or anything, just simply closes.

Anyone who's done Oscuro's, you ever have that problem with meshes not showing up on barrels and specific Imperial Guards?

I used OOO Full instead of OOO BSA if that matters.

Ok, I tried using coc qasmoke, that worked and took me to a small dark room, I tried to to teleport to whiterun via "coc whiterun" and then immediately crashed.

I restarted the game, and used "coc elsweyr" which also cause the game to crash as well

Yeah, but sadly it was changed to only show the best rated. That's stupid because even when using the option to show the newest, it only did it for the first page and return back to the best rated if you change page. It really need to be fixed.

I didn't think of reinstalling since I had already reinstalled it when I upgraded to WIndows 10 though I guess I can try again tomorrow. Ive been up for 8 hours trying to get it fixed and its 6 am.

Well nobody wants an update but I did fix it.

When making a new character, do you simply take a current preset and edit that or d you start from scratch with a default preset?

Using presets to build off is a better option, this way your less likely to get 'sameface' with other waifus. Honestly I wish there was a random button for character creation.

What he is trying to say is that Skyrim on Windows 10 is kinda fucked atm where the game limits your VRAM to 4gb atm. If your video card has more than 4gb, skyrim will still only use the 4gb.

The skyrim remastered version that's coming in October fixes that problem.

How can you not. The Favorite menu is one of the worst things in skyrim, it constantly interrupts your gameplay to switch spells/weapons/whatever. Its killing immersion, makes no sense and is by every meaning of the word disruptive garbage. There is a million different ways to handle this better, and one of them is Keybinds.

I don't really use that immersion stuff since amall attributes like that makes things more tedious than fun imo.

What really kills it are the animations.
Personally, I got used to them. But in reality they are the one thing that really fucks up with how the game plays.

They didn't take it far enough tbqh, I treat that favorites thing as "the gear I have access to" which works well with AllGearedUp and based on the (broken) ini edit I'd say thats what Bethesda intended it to be. It already has hotkeys so you don't have to break immersion for things like swapping weapons. And it's better than going into the menu proper to select a more appropriate spell

Don't forget:

>Can only sprint forwards
>Can only attack what's directly in front of you (from the camera that is)
>Can't do anything but basic slash attacks
>Most "special abilities" that each character has is dumb.

Only reason why I like playing Skyrim now is for the atmosphere and exploration. Also character creation with mods is pretty solid so there's that.
