Question. Are you going to hand out plat? If not, I think there were ways to turn it into real money (bannable ofc, but you won't care since you quit). there were at least few sites that allowed users to sell plat. Exchange rate was 500pl for 8$.

Or: you can buy stuff with plat off .market for later handout

Also when you actually quit, you can hand over your account to someone you can trust so he would make key/projection handouts later.
