You don't have to be good in comp as long as you let your rank tank appropriately. Ranked is for serious play, not good play. Good/bad is determined by your rating.

Regardless two snipers is literal cancer especially since they're almost always bad. The only time there should be more then one sniper on a team is when your playing for shits and giggles with friends.

Wall climbing and double jumping are both more convenient for getting behind people, and aren't nearly as loud as Tracer's blinking around, so you can ambush better.

You obviously need to be capable of keeping it on someone's hitbox. With tanks and the slower characters that's easy, but if you're trying to aim that thing at a Genji it obviously isn't going to work well.

I use 1.15 at 800 dpi as well for CSGO, weirdly enough. I use 4 sensitivity in OW, however. Makes aiming easier
His survivability needs a buff but his ult is problematic too, it's a little underpowered and it's still not bad but Mercy and Lucio ults are literally game-changing and arguably two of the best in the game
Zen changes:
