You can get to 80+ solo of you are really good.

Reaper is literally the easiest offense hero as far as aiming goes though. Learning to aim him properly would probably take less than an hour

I've had a great time and I can see myself playing this game for years.

I don't think I've ever lost on the attacking side while not heavily outmatched. If the skill on both teams are similar, the attackers always seem to win.

In his "explanation" video he showed he can snap accurately and fast.
Not saying he has never used an aimbot but that clip doesn't show it.
If it was an aimbot that snapped across for him, why didn't he shoot, knowing the aimbot would get the headshot?

Playing Lucio in ranked is a fucking paradox.
Yes, you almost always need him but whomever playing him basically has the least input on how the match goes because the hero has the lowest skill ceiling in the game. Playing him solo queue is SUICIDE if you want to constantly gain rank.

The one of Taimou is completely indefensible even to a casual observer, and the rest are clearly cheats to anyone who's played FPS at a high level

I honestly tend to prefer a Mercy to a Lucio, I've seen her ult decide so many more games, however I will say Lucio is definitely better for KotH.
