I have two bursts now which is cool, but I still need one of the big three pretty badly.

I used RW shout and had none of that other crap or a good medica and managed it. I did hit and run for 3 bars though, he made it easy with excalipoor so I took advantage. Just blasted him with SBs after a banishing strike when he entered retaliate phase. Luckily he spread out his damage for the first bit so his last bit of health I had 3 SBs charging and he only killed one person which let one of the other two take him out. I don't think he counters SBs, or at least i got super fucking lucky and he didnt that run

Don't bother pulling for cactuars when they're in the FP pool. Whenever they give us the cactuar dungeon you can get so many you'll never need them all. Pull FP to work on trust masteries of FP units, there's a lot of good ones

two birds with one stone, and I can spend my energy farming other things instead of cactuars

you still get fp units with the cactuars and turtles in the pool

Holy fucking shit bomb enemies in BE are fucking faggots. A minor mistake and they simply fucking explode for +1.5k damage. I don't even remember the last time I had problems these enemies in mainline games. I really need to get gravity already.

They explode after being hit once or twice or being put to low health. best not to touch it if you cant bring it to low hp

They overdid the sprites, every character pulses with energy and their sprites are really busy. Plus they're kind of blurry.

No, multi-element attacks only ever actually hit one element.

Crit boosts aren't that good on their own, you need something good to go with it like with Eiko's BSB.

If you use Shout, yes. It artificially pushes you past the soft cap. Use a lot of multiple hit abilities and SBs.

That's not a fist though, but to be fair, fist weapons are really powerful.

Assuming it's a Wind/Lightning attack, it'll hit their Lightning weakness. Multi-element attacks always hit the element that the target is weakest to.

Which also means that if they're resistant to Lightning and absorb Wind, it'll still hit on Lightning damage.

But in that case you probably would use something else anyway.
