it seems if i have the "Apply to All" slider at the top at 5 my spell effects look great, if have it set to 1 my spell effects are shit, despite the little box being unchecked and the other other sliders being messed with

You're a bit short on skill points for utility like additional cc but this should be decent enough to run dark build. I'm assuming you don't have HM Heart Stab yet but if you do then you can take out a point from Z and Spinal Tap to spec into RMB.

Shunpo is faster to cast and you don't need a target for it. It's also a gap closer and lets you run faster like sanic.
