Shift: AoE heal that lasts for 2-3 seconds and has a cool down of about 5-6 seconds

Ult: Instantly heals all alies back to full health and resets all cooldowns (except for ults) regardless of where they are on the map (global)

E: Teleport ability that allows you to grab an ally and move them to safety (Have to be in LoS and within medium range) and to teleport them away range would be close-medium 11-12 second cooldown

Why are people so against >maining? I pick Pharah/Roadhog most of the time because I'm confident in my ability as them and that way I feel I contribute towards team's victory. To me it's far better than constantly switching between heroes I'm not really that good at, but the general opinion is that they're the right pick in a situation.
