I guess that is the intent for the skill, since there's no point to the heal if you just use it to hit 100% NP. DW just wants you to kill Arash with a Stella, then get him ready to kill himself with another.

No, the intent is overcharge. Stella increases in damage with overcharge, and Arash is a 1* so you're likely to have at least 200% if not 300% on him. Letting him survive to hopefully hit at least his second NP level if not his third is what they were going for.

Oh, you're right. I've been using 5 and 4 Stars so far that it slipped my mind that the NP gauge can go above 100%
