Pharah and Winston/Roadhog are pretty much a given nowadays and nobody else is willing to swap off to counter them so I either get raped by ebin pharmercy or see all my backline die to winston.

predict damage on vulnerable team mates and shield them to get charge
m1 gains you a shitload more ult charge than m2
whenever possible try to m1 instead of m2
m2 when ulting or trying to hit people far away or hard to hit like tracer genji and sym

Mei is pretty good against them as well. Pharah not so much unless you have good aim, but she can definitely persuade Winstons to fuck off and she survives the Roadhog hook combo because her ice shield activates before Roadhogs melee hits.

Not saying she's a counter or anything, just that you don't have to play 76/Reaper all day.
