its good, but don't expect to out-dps any wizard or archer class

Hes technically right about full dex benefiting musketeer more since snipe is a skill and the difference between str and dex is only about 20% damage when using skills.
However outside snipe, str wins out by a long margin for qs3s due to they having no skill scaling to 1.5x boost from so str gives a ton more shit than dex outside evasion benefits

Because QS need STR for the running shot damage, if you want to go musket go ranger, those need more dex. Your best options now are Falco to Canon or SR2

Swordsman in general are pretty weak. Pretty much taunt bots and tank at every part of the game. Dragoons are, at the very least, the best of the swordsmans.

I live in Kansas, so I'm going with Orsha.

All swordsman suck unless you're making one to make a templar (which is needed for guilds), squire (for fixing shit for shekels) or tanking.

Man, What the fuck was IMC doing when they designed a class that uses 2handed swords? Did they really want to make it so awful that no one would ever want to play it? The doppel costume looks like dog shit, every 2handed sword in this game is fucking ugly as fuck. And The best move they have, they spin like a fucking beyblade. Seriously, what's the fucking point of making one? I made a new character with the intent of it being a doppel but after getting to c3 Barb, I'm reconsidering it. Either shinobi or Fencer now.

The only reason why I chose Esquive Toucher over Sept is that the difference between their damage is less noticable the more DEX you have. I've also heard that Sept can be interrupted with damage?
Also, if we are getting kToS buffs then the evasion buff from Esquive Toucher becomes 4 seconds long which is decent.

You're right, though. Hoplite with Dragoon would be more damage. The only issue I have is I have a Hop2 > Corsair2 > Dragoon character on the backburner, right now.
I'm not sure I'd want two Dragoon/Hoplite characters, and I find it hard to justify Corsair3.

Not hard at all. Your "account", or team, is bound to its respective server. You'll have one team on Orsha, and a different one on Klaipeda, and so on. Note that team names, being your player name, are globally unique; in other words there will only ever be one Kirito in all of iTOS.

This comes with a caveat - any premium items you purchase must be sent to a specific team, meaning any funbucks you spend on Klaipeda stay on Klaipeda and don't transfer to Orsha, despite being in the same region.

the thing about sept is that it hits 7 times, it's something to consider since unlike other multihit skills, Fencer comes with a def ignoring skill so it's pure damage without being reduced by flat def several times. It's a 7 hits vs 5 hits scenario.

Sept takes 1,5 seconds to execute, just pain barrier before it. Anyway, you can go esquiver toucher, but sept deserved at least one point into it.

And regarding kTOS, IIRC, the buff is only for the pvp arena, still good to consider a minium 1 point into with (so, +30% evasion with Venier).

Explain? I know that thauma is extremely important for world boss fights, but what does the other ones do? Pardoner buffs notwithstanding
