Why is it that American MM is much harder skillwise than European MM? I've been playing for a while in American servers and it feels pretty different there. Most people use mics and have vastly faster reflexes compared to Europeans - for example, it feels like I don't have the time to react to a guy popping around the corner when I would demolish him in an euro server. I just played a game with similar skill levels back in EU and I easily top scored with 9 MVPs, would've been vastly different in US East. I can still top score or do close to top score but I have to play really smart and basically never miss a shot.

It's harder to rank up in EU because of the languages. You americans are super lucky that everyone who talks or types in chat do so in English and not in some god forsaken language that nobody understands. Therefore at equiavalent ranks you have better coordonated teams in NA, whereas in EU you have Russian trolls, raging Turks, drunk Poles and irritable Romanians playing, driving the overall skill down.

From my experience every time I played with a team that communicated well my individual game was better too. I was focused on what I had to do and knew the spots I had to check. When playing "blindly" with a bunch of cyka blyats my concentration was split into what I had to do, where my teammates were, the minimap and picking basically every single spot because I couldn't rely on anyone. Because of this I feel that I have so much on my plate that I can't consistently focus on aiming, for example, and my game sense is out of whack since I constantly think at many different things instead of only 2-3.
