Look over all the current events. The guild dungeons currently provide an easy way to get mats for the Gracia set. Grandine Slayer is a decent way to make money.

No, they're still relevant, even if some of them are just for farming. You can upgrade their level to gain more stats from them using int fragments and a item you buy with antonium. If you have the spiral nen set on M. Nen, I would hold onto it. Eventually our version will get an update which makes most buffs last until death, or the dungeon ends and it allows you to buffswap it.

I don't think think they'll even give us raid with the new "Awakened Anton" mode being released in Korea, which gives raid loot, but requires only 4 people.

You get a few from killing the enemies, but also 10 from two quests that require you to run all the maps once.

You want to do each map once a day, for the dailies. After that your only source of antonium would be gabes. Most people choose to farm Shaking Battlefield for him.
