Use healbot or raidframes and make a ton of mouseover macros.
Heabot, despite the name, is not a bot, just a nice way of seeing who needs healing and will show you what mouse buttons do what when you hover over the persons name in it, I have all my heals set to mouse buttons with shift/alt/ctrl being modifiers so I have access to everything.
Here is an example, my shift modified spells.
