If you're playing something like Conquest spend the first minute going to the first tower in each lane and drop a seed off. That way everyone in each tower has the regen. If you're playing something like Joust, I personally like to set them all up in a circular zone under the tower so that the whole tower zone is an MP regen zone, as well as placing one of the pods infront of the tower so the seed can block a basic attack from a hunter or something.
