You can try searching for records with 'help', but if it is in your LO then it is in your game, full stop. The only confounding factor will be if it is in your game _properly_ i.e. you made it right.

I have a small driver script attached to a MGEF associated with an ingestible. The MGEF starts a timer in the script for a utility quest where the actual logic occurs. I did this because iirc timer events will not fire if the MGEF they are attached to ends first.

funny enough it has to be Unoctium himself not being able to into PA because no other PA mod I use causes problems and I've had no issues with his NCR armor mod
I tried the T-49 armor and got CTD every time I tried to exit the vault at the beginning because the cell was fucked by it

I would have made the overarching plot about sense of self and who you really are. Scrap the whole pre-war bullshit, make the player character wake up inside Vault 111 with very inconsistent memories of the past, performing acts of heroism, selfishness, selflessness etc. They head out into the wastes, seeking answers from the various groups both good and evil and choose their path from there. Have curveballs thrown at you about the inconsistency of your memories, are you a synth? Did you murder all those people? Did you help others?
