Oh goodness no. Just use FRAPS or the intergrated ENB screen capture to take screens. Be sure, if using FRAPS, to set it to save them in .bmp format and use Ifranview or Honeyview to batch convert them to lossless jpeg.

I believe the default capture key is Insert but you can change it in the enblocal.ini. It should just save the screenshot in your Skyrim folder.

ENB's screenshots don't capture overlays like SweetFX. SweetFX has a screenshot feature, that seems to have some strange naming convention that seems to be tied to how long you've had the game open yet is somehow always in the thousands.

I don't think anyone in here gives two shits about consoles. These are easy tweaks. Albeit the glass would be kind of useless, it would work fine, but there wouldn't be anything really happening beyond it (like looking over the wall of whiterun). Unless they actually join interiors and exteriors any way, which likely won't happen, not for skyrim anyway, but it might be possible the next one.
