Yes, they're cute! Really though it's up to you. Wheel zombies are faster and deal strike damage with their attacks and big zombies have a larger attack range, a chance to use a slightly more powerful attack, slightly higher HP, and 3 AoE ratio by default instead of 2 though the large mobs required to make them are generally not common. The attributes add to the CD of zombify, so keep that in mind.
