It's okay to ultimate against 1 or even 2 people as long as it keeps the enemy out of the objective. You get your ult back fast if you're playing a good Reaper anyway

Learn to lead your stars. Shits hard and takes lots of practice

Play like tracer: Dont take fair fights. Attack from angles enemies wont see you coming from

Get close enough that you can M2 - Melee - Dash for some good burst damage you can do in a fraction of a second

Remember thats your strength as genji, quick burst, if the enemies start focusing you get the fuck out and attack from another angle.

Dont rely on deflect like its a kill button, use it when you need to close gaps or escape to avoid dying, the damage reflect is just a bonus

Jump around like a mad man, jump over enemies heads, attack from behind, etc.

You only need 3 people max to move it at full speed anyway, so sending 3 flankers ahead to stop the enemy from setting up too well is a good idea
