If I read the description of each map correctly, you can only attempt the map 4 times each? Is that enough for getting 225 cursed rune, or should I just use a scroll for it (since I don't know the number of cursed rune drop)

If you want to cygames in English there's Shadowverse and Granblue fantasy. The first one is discussed here and the second one has its own general that is pure concentrated cancer. Thread sucks but the game is fun.

Do you guys think that transformation will be useful in test events? Transforming eats up time, and having SP drain away seems unfavorable.

Each run drops 3 (occasionally 4) per run.
3 runes x 4 runs per stage x 3 stages = 36 per day

It's up for 3 days each weekend, but the opening and reset times are offset by half a day. So you effectively have 4 days per weekend, and it's up for 4 weekends.
36 runes x 16 days = 576

So you can solo it without any scrolls if you want.

Not that I recommend that. You get so many scrolls that you may as well use some to speed it up.

And you can co-op and get extra runes from the co-op bonus and mutual follower bonus. Plus it only counts against the host's dungeon runs, so you can hop in other peoples' runs all day and finish it in one.

Yup, entirely legit. Making money is simple as long as you're patient.

Just afk with no potion being made. Do a ton of quests to stock up on Enhance Shields, Bonus Success Rate, and Sell Price Multipliers. Just look at how many I have. SixTails is the best fairy for this.
Then spend however long you feel is necessary dumping everything you have into the best Potion you have access to. For Tier 17 or so and lower Red has the highest base gold, and Tier 18+ Yellow has the highest base gold.
Then spam Enhance until you reach Max Lv and sell. Make sure you aren't on a quest to make a more valuable potion than Tirami. In fact, never do those. They eat your potion and don't give you its gold.

The latest patch that followed just added in 3 new N6 tanks and had some balance changes regarding ammo.

It might be that your friend is playing on TW, which I believe the english version is closer to in terms of events and updates.

Transform is a tad bit to difficult with multi tap type weapons I feel. The dropping of the combo really lowers your damage. I think if you have a good single type tap weapon it will be nice to have, but without it's really hard to maintain.

Haruka's spear/Asuha's Sword + Storm 3 + Lightning + 50% attack up is fucking disgusting dps wise, but skill spam freezes the clock far too much.

Gold has little use, burn them for petrol storage for early stage or rebuild material for later stage.
Corn is farmable from 3rd service and rare drop from specials. You need tons of them for event, but since it just happened few days ago, it won't come again for long time.
Burn iron for forge. Source forge for early stage, material for later.
