The up armoured ones are fine, don't listen to people who bitch about them. Thing about the up armoured cars is that if you shoot out, you break the glass and then people can shoot in. So it's pretty fair and protects you for a bit so long as you're not shitting on someone.

The point of the dog was to get you to install the smartphone / tablet app. Then you could feed it, train it on the tablet and once you got his happiness up, he'd help you search for collectables in game. Shit like the murder notes and what have you.

Just drive away a little and order the buzzard instead. Unless you break the limo there's no cool down. This can also be used to repair buzzards by ordering another vehicle and then a new buzzard

it doesn't really matter. The interior is the same in all of the offices. You can't resell offices when you buy a new one though.
