Who fucken knows, the bigger mystery is that he's doing it on PS4 not PC. Regardless of that whenever you win I'm guessing both players machine sends a message informing capcoms servers whether they won or lost. But if both players send a "I won" message I assume the results are either discarded or maybe both players get a win?
