You could start by condensing all the markers into a single macro that'll cycle upward through them for each target you mark

Personally I use this
/mk attack

And then just mouse over the aggro list whenever I pull, hitting the macro over each name. Efficient marking for the entire pull with one button, in about a half second's effort.
