How do we fix Dragon Knight?

I propose Dragon Form becomes a toggle, and for Dragon's blood to give magic resistance and health regen while human form grants bonus armor and damage while dragon form grants bonus movespeed and the dragon effects.

I'm doing it for the WR set but im disappointed powershot doesnt have a fiery effect...

The vast majority of players who voted for Io don't even fucking play it. They're just doing it because of LOL MEMES.

It will be a waste of an arcana and bad for Valve because nobody is going to fucking buy this thing, and even if they did, they still won't play Io.

Storm is weird as hell, all they changed was one ability and he went from completely broken to unplayable. Now I think he's in a fine spot with the Bloodstone buffs, but I feel like BS is gonna get nerfed again, and if not, Timber certainly will.

Tinker is already physically and conceptually one of the worst heroes in the game.

Anything that makes Invoker shitheads sperg out is good.

I'd play Io if his stats weren't so garbage. He's too easy to nuke down, and in pubs you can't expect your team to put in a ton of effort to keep you alive.
Up until you get to Very High skill Io is borderline unplayable, and even in VHS he's only viable in specific lineups. He's too niche and too self destructive for your average game of dota.
I voted for the Io Arcana because Invoker has enoughs sets already.
