Latent revamped slayer and gave most tasks their vanilla OSRS amount. No more 200 max for everything. Black dragons in particular only have 20 now.

You can increase max task amounts with slayer points though, too bad we don't have slayer points at all because this isn't fucking OSRS and latent only half-fixed slayer.

tl;dr go slay something else until slayer is fixed in 8 months
