It's just a plain Scout Rifle. It has no real special properties like other exotics can have. You're better off using your exotic slot on something else and just using a legendary primary.

yea. at 309 you'd only be underleveled at oryx, but by time you got to oryx you'd have enough drops to get you to a higher level. not to mention the rest of your team will probably be 330+
