It makes him totally invulnerable to damage, so he'd be fine. If used on someone he's healing though they'd be fucked (if he was healing them through a Hanzo ult for example).

The ult was shown, its a nanite thing that makes heroes invincible for a few seconds.

because in pharah's eyes, she was. ana didn't want her to join overwatch because of all the shit ana did and saw, all the people she had to kill whether she wanted to or not. the one time she hesitated, she almost died. i wouldn't be surprised if we see some angsty pharah/ana conversations about pharah saying how she joined overwatch to honor ana and ana thinking how she failed as a mom to her.
