for pvp it doesn't matter, ambush + backstab and clothies are dead, sprint CB evisc and they're dead twice.

For PvE they're gods. Energy regens every 2 seconds, so you never lose dps due to latency like mages or warlocks and having high melee uptime on the boss isn't hard.
