The key to getting ahead in this game is to buy a founders key from G2A or something for 10 bucks to unlock all but Gorgon and the tier 5/6 hunters. You also get a handful of keys and perks, most notably the gold perks.
Then, you should focus on leveling up every hunter to 11. That way you unlock all the bronze perks, and you can see which hunters unlock which silver perks, and play accordingly.
Only ever spend keys on gold perks and maybe Gorgon if you like her. I personally don't and regret the purchase. Don't buy the tier 5/6 hunters until they go on free rotation and you know for sure you'll enjoy them.
You...do have 10$ to skip hundreds of hours of grind, right?

How did they make a character as qt as Caira?

The one time I ever fought a Behemoth we couldn't catch it till stage 3 because it was too fast. it would just roll around the map and evade us.
I asked the group how one is supposed to win against that and they replied "You don't"

>lose to stage 1 Goliath
This is how you know your team is shit
Torvald and Parnell are both bad against wraith and kraken because shotguns aren't good against them. Flamethrower and lightning gun are far superior.

Do any of the monsters unlock the gold CD reduction?

that's what I did
spent $10 for the key, bought gorgon with the keys I earned and only spent keys on a few gold perks for monster because the grind for them is a guessing game
