The only time I see 20 element weapons and good units is idling with them in lobby (obviously switching to something else on field) or a pot3 orbit which they never use outside of PP regen anyways. Grind level on 13*s is a measly 35% (NT) or 40% (OT) additional atk. Element is full 50%/60%.
On the contrary, I've seen more people with sub-full ele weaps (non-orbit) who then bitch about having shit mpas.
