Can also confirm, I interviewed for a regional manager position at Coca Cola, dressed in a suit weaved with gold and platinum and shoes made out of pressed elephant tusks, never stopped staring the manager directly in the eye, and gave him a compound fracture in his right hand and got the job the next day
Nigga you do realize the point is simply to make yourself look professional as shit, ie, will do his job well and quickly You're basically just fronting your ass off and it fucking works

based user, posting new thread and doesn't afraid of anything
- Better Boots Sounds: makes boot sounds much nicer and realistic. - Dusty Distance: makes the distant land slightly obscured by dust. - Gas Pumps of New Vegas: a nice cosmetic mod that adds gas pumps to gas stations around the map. - Unique Skill Magazines: pic related. Adds Magazines that work only when held in your inventory. Over 100 of them in the world to find and collect. Each one has an unique cover. I've found two already. There are pros and cons to the mod. Pros: you need them in your inventory and they raise your skill by only 1 point, and it incentivates careful exploration. Cons: the dialogue box upon finding it is a bit small for the dialogue to fit inside the box, but maybe I can fix it. - STUN: apparently a cool mod to tie up passed out NPCs and the like. Will give it a try, will come in handy in my stealthy legion playthrough (will tie up naked female NPCs as well, hehe).
Also, for the first time I got genuinely freaked out by Malcolm Holmes. I was looting a house in Primm and upon glancing into the kitchen I saw a shadow quickly move. Turns out it was this faggot running into objects, so I VATSed him to death.
And I'm renaming the messages in the skill magazine mod:
"You Have Dropped A Skill Book" -> "You have dropped a S.P.E.C.I.A.L. magazine!" "You Have Dropped A Skill Book" -> "You have dropped an unique magazine!"
looks garbage desu would still prefer some focus on gameplay instead of turning fo4 into the sims
Carson Baker
nobody is denying this is the standard technique, it just is very misleading to advertise it as a major factor in gaining employment in the modern day. Remember, first impressions are just one tick on the predetermined unwavering checklist.

>tfw optimizing textures It's like I'm optimizing myself.

Are there any mods that allow the game to feel fresh?
I cant play only because I already know the storyline. welp
Hunter Lopez
They didn't even cover anything about experiments, just that you can do them.
Real kicker is that there is already an overseer for vault 88. Why I don't know, but it looks like I will have to dethrone some one.

Cannibal in Concord offers at least an hour of gameplay depending on your playstyle.

Any Settlement builders here? care to dump your screenies?
I feel like it mite b cool. Not being able to actually modify a synth's face after creating them though is pretty balls.

So, I can slaughter these Institute pieces of shit and formally appropriate this facility, right? Because this place is fucking awesome.
Also, >romantically-involved companion doesn't ask what going to the Institute was like >companion who hates Synths and the Institute has no opinion on teaming up with a Courser
I get that it's Bethesda and not Bioware but come on man.

fuck, the only thing im gonna be able to do is download quests huh.
I wish there was a mod that allowed you to take over a city and fight it out against rival gangs like San Andreas
Luke Sanders
That's like the nicest bullshot I've ever seen.
Jaxson Peterson
Oh god this gameplay is terrible
Why does he do no fucking damage Why does he not die when people are shooting at him How does he have 30 weapons in his inventory
Ryder Hughes
The game actually looks like a good game in that webm, it's ridiculous.
Lord knows that immersion would fuck right off the second you touch the controls though.
Noah Butler
Yeah the art direction in FO4 is fantastic. No question.
Connor Cook
Why is she so cute?
Nicholas Gutierrez
I don't know anything about the Stalker games, I just know that there's no way to make a game look that nice and give it any kind of depth or length.
Adam Campbell
Literally the only reason it evokes slavshit is that the mod makes Boston look like the exclusion zone.
It doesn't look like Stalker, because Stalker never looked that good.
IMO though Fallout isn't supposed to look like slavshit or anything 'real' and a good part of the game's soul is crushed with these changes.
Sebastian Reyes
STALKER games have pretty environmental because they have some the most god-awful character models and animations in gaming history, run like abyssal ass even on god tier PCs and are generally so buggy they can make an Obsidian game look stable.
Colton Lopez
Wait so, that webm was modded FO4 footage?
Color me fucking confused.
Liam Sanders
Pay attention to the animations. Of course it's FO4.
Gavin Barnes
>so buggy they can make an Obsidian game look stable.
Most STALKER games are fairly stable, though.
Bet you were expecting some bait down here about New Vegas or something, eh?
Ryder Lopez
>Wait so, that webm was modded FO4 footage? I am But yes, to answer your question, thats modded Fo4
Zachary Edwards
>Wait so, that webm was modded FO4 footage?
Have you ever played Fallout 4? It's rather obvious bro.
and it's okay to be confused by that guy's opinion, it's a bit odd.
Chase Clark
CoP was stable for me. I had more trouble with CoS and i never played CS.
It needed hella mods to look good though. Thank goodness there were plenty.
Juan Gutierrez
>Most STALKER games are fairly stable, though. Except they aren't, STALKEr games are infamous for being some of the most broken and crash prone games made.
William Rivera
>Pay attention to the animations. I spend most of time in first.
Vanilla FO4 looks like a cartoon compared to that webm.
Tyler King
Dude the initial statement was crap for multiple reasons, we can ignore this and not turn the fucking topic to STALKER general.
Jace Evans
You still look at NPCs moving around, fucking idiot.
Blake Barnes
Sure, if you mod them. Otherwise, the majority of bug reports are tied to people trying to run the game on a toaster.
Matthew Thomas
>You aren't intimately familiar with FO4 walking animations so you're a fucking idiot You ok user? Wanna talk about it? Or are you always this big of an asshole?
James Price
Then why didn't mine

>Vanilla FO4 looks like a cartoon compared to that webm.
Which isn't necessarily a problem. The 50's and 60's notion of the future was inherently cartoony due to the wholesale adoption of Modernism and Futurism. It makes sense and is a reflection of the core concept.
Samuel Bell
Pushing website updates live if you guys want to see the website transform before your eyes.
Colton Phillips
Same reason tons of people can play a Bethesda game and get no CTDs, and no obvious bugs, whereas others get them every other hour.
Nicholas Baker
I was just replying to the 'It's obviously FO4'. Wasn't that obvious to me, for said reason.
Zachary Price
>Which isn't necessarily a problem.
Sure, if it hadn't been 200 years after a nuclear apocalypse in a setting whose core themes revolve around the idea of the inevitable nature of human conflict, amidst the decay of a world once destroyed by that same core aspect of human nature.
Wait.
Haha, man, teddy bear cannons are great, huh?
Elijah Young
>Sure, if it hadn't been 200 years after a nuclear apocalypse in a setting whose core themes revolve around the idea of the inevitable nature of human conflict Which is literally what the entire second act of the MQ is about.
Not to mention the original Fallout games had tons of cartoony animations and shit in them
Cooper Rogers
Oh, it's completely obvious because of the scenery and architectural details. I mean look at the bridge for Christs sake. Everyone knows that fucking bridge.
Jacob Kelly
>cherrypicking
Right, not wasting my time.
I at least put some effort into my bait, I expect at least the same from you.
James Kelly
You're just ignoring the entirety of the Fallout games at this point bro.

>cherrypicking >pointing out that the MQ is literally about that, and that the old games had similar cartoony style, is cherrypicking. what?

I can cap the Courser and not get kicked out of the Institute, right?
Gavin King
So the found the source of the settler appearance change bug.
Apparently Arthmoor's fixes to some settler scripts tripped and old piece of code that Bethesda had designed to make NPCs change appearance when you aren't looking(GTA style)
They have fixed it in the newest version of the unofficial patch IIRC
Jason Wright
we don't even have power armor
Hudson Wright
Yes.
You will just bullshit to father that shit went wrong.
Jacob Ward
Against all advice at /fog/ you installed the unofficial patch, and then take up space pointing out how it fucks with things?

Wait, so it's only the UFO4P that busts up the settlers? Damn it, I've been holding off on playing because I thought it was the official patch that came out.
Ryan White
And the US didn't have power armor at the start of the war either. We'll get there user, you'll see.
Brody Wright
>still defending your Buffscale-tier choice of body nice delusion fag
Isaiah Gonzalez
So when you say fixed, has the Unofficial patch been fixed from interfering, or has the Unofficial patch fixed the root problem?
Connor Cook
Please, sir. Your sliders?
Eli Watson
>Against all advice at /fog/ Except no one on /fog/ recommends against it.
I have NEVEr seen anyone say you shouldn't use arthmoor's unofficial patches for any game hes made them for.
