I've heard about other people watching educational videos on the subject. Too lewd for me though!
Benjamin Powell
Eschatos. I was tired at failing other games so I decided it was time for a victory, even if it was an easy one. It was a clear I needed to get off my list.

Are Shmups considered as a proper mental and brain exercise?
Dominic Williams
no, they are considered autism and epilepsy causes

Eli Walker
Surely they're an exercise of memorization reaction.
>OP still has Mushihimesama and DBCS under recent releases

what's a bigger wall in mushi level armor bug thing in stage 3 (so like the whole level) or the dragonfly fucks in 4
Lucas Evans
Stage 3. I'm assuming the dragonfly things refer to those long enemies with the destructible back parts in the second half of the stage? Honestly I think that half of stage 4 is easier than the first half with all of those stupid locust/beetle things or whatever when they start coming two at a time.
Christian Thompson
Stage 3, 4 and 5 are all as hard as each other desu. Once you can do 3 without missing too much and get the 1UP the 1ALL is in the bag
Tyler Jenkins
yeah the long enemies. the few times i've gotten up to stage 4, they're really annoying towards the end where you're forced (i think) to dodge one that shoots you from behind.
>Once you can do 3 without missing too much and get the 1UP the 1ALL is in the bag i got to the boss with both original stocks, the 1up from the core and the 1up from 2.5mil, then lost them all like instantly. i'm new to this. >feel confident >die with max bombs every time
Levi Richardson
Aside from the fact that getting the blade powerup makes it impossible to hit the mermaid boss weak point it's bretty gud.
Dominic Gray
>>feel confident >>die with max bombs the secret is to stop doing this. i'm starting to play for score and i'll still bomb as soon as the game decides to surprise me.
Sebastian Young
If you can no miss the stage the boss is easy. Make sure you're looking near the top of the screen.
Oliver Allen
That's where I'm at right now. On a good day I'll no-miss the first three stages up to s3 boss. I just need a run to come along where I don't fuck up in a really stupid spot (like dying twice to stage 4 midboss or something outlandish like that) and hopefully I can clear.

"Talent" is just another way to say IQ. Someone with a high IQ, that is, the ability to reason quickly and think critically, will learn at a much faster rate than someone with a low IQ, or lack of "talent". Low IQ players can make up for their lack of intelligence by working immensely hard.
Asher Gutierrez
Effort and hard work over natural/born talent seems to be a common theme in shounen anime but they always seem to manage to fuck it up by making the main character turn out to be some perfect warrior child with all the right cards dealt to him from birth. See: Naruto, Bleach, and for whatever reason even Dragon Ball changed its own history to do this.
I have no point. Just rambling what's on my mind like usual.
Easton Parker
It's intentionally designed that way. They present the characters as an average kid so little Hideo can relate to them before they grow into a cool, unstoppable badass with all of the right answers.

Which is a better investment: japanese Xbox 360 or a good stick?

Kevin Adams
Good stick.

lowtiergod get out
get a q4 or some easily moddable piece of shit + sanwa parts.
Isaac Phillips
Well yeah, the main character is supposed to be an average shmuck who works his way up the ladder with hard work and determination.
Instead you've got things like Naruto being the son of the fourth Hokage and being the reincarnation of Ninja Jesus or something I dunno I stopped following Naruto prior to Shippuden, and then in Bleach, Ichigo is a buffet of different bloodlines all giving him unique powers, on top of being the son of a Captain-level shinigami, or Goku being the son of the legendary super saiyan from 1000 years ago apparently.
It goes from "Wow this guy started off no better than me and he's working his way up with blood, sweat and tears" to "Wow, this guy had greatness running through his blood the entire time, no wonder he achieved the things he did". There's still some encouraging symbolism to be had there but it's a bit less direct than just having the character succeed through hard work alone.
I would think a 360 is if you're comfortable with playing with a pad or something.
Benjamin Hill
sticks are either a meme or take a lot of time to get used to be aware of this, it may be that you buy a stick only to play even worse

Perhaps they would have been even better with a pad? Japanese have no other choice since arcades use sticks.

No, but you may be good enough to get a Western Record.
Isaac Sanchez
He went from being a successful and rather wealthy [corrupt] businessman in London to living in the middle of bumfuck nowhere on top of a rock in a nasty swamp while the townfolk shun him and eating bugs and snakes and shit that his daughter cooks while his wife slowly dies of whatever.
I mean he's still a huge dick but I can at least see why he wants to go back to England.
