Olaf kind of has it, but I want a character who gains passive flat AP or AD or something as their health bar drops, and their Ultimate has %Missing HP scaling damage. As in, the more health theyre missing, the stronger it is. Like "Damage is increased by 0.6% per 1% of [Champ's] health missing"

I don't like power-up-at-low-health mechanics because they don't really accomplish what people think.

People think "there's tension from a risk/reward mechanic" but it's actually a risk removal mechanic because the champion gets their stats when they need them, it just shifts their power budget so that they aren't really behind when they should be. Irelia is the best example of this because her stun basically makes it impossible to trade with her when you're ahead, and when she's ahead you can't trade with her anyways because she'll just kill you.

It's not as cool a mechanic as you'd think, but that might be because Trynd is just a dumb binary character in general.

Olaf pulls it off the best, since his bonus AS both allows him to lifesteal harder to stay alive and gives him more E usage. But I'm biased.
