Unlike the regular pigs Maneater Bore boss version has a backwards kick so he can one-shot you (at least with 10 Vit) when you try backstab.

But once you get one you can do a chain bevause his recovery is slower than a lot of weapons charge attacks.

This build will allow you to use every Powder Keg weapon to near maximum power. As well as allowing you to ONLY use Powder Keg approved gear for every single need:

Your parrying tool is the rifle spear (fit it with Thrust gems for highest Viscerals in the game), while your off-hand is Gattling Gun for chip damage or Cannon for blowing people away. Lots of Stamina for endless Whirligig L2's. Stick a Fire Gem and 2 Cold Abysmal's on a Stake Driver and throw oil urns at stuff before exploding them with Charged R2's for stuff resistant to physical.

Yeah, alright.

split damage weapons: Wheel, Tonitrus, Boomhammer, HMS

Pure phys weapons: anything with pure phys, LHB, Cutter, Cane, etc.

Weapons you CAN'T use: Amy Arm, Burial Blade, BoM, Chikage, Bloodletter, Rifle Spear, Reiterpallasch, Bow Blade.

Literally anything not mentioned in the "CAN'T use" is viable for ARC builds.

Oh as a caveat, you can use the Beast Claws just fine, but keep in mind elemental damage is not affected by beasthood, so you're missing out on one if the key reasons to use the weapon.

Alright maybe this then, stick Heavy Abysmalls on the Rifle Spear instead. Viscerals will be much worse but Powder Kegs should be blowing people up or using advanced contraptions to kill people, not lame organ ripping.

It's doable, I don't have pics on me at the moment but I have a set of Cursed Abysmal Nourishing's for my HMS on a 10 Vit build. It's not even that bad until you reach cursed dungeons, makes all future playthroughs feel like a walk in the park.

Is Blood damage boosted by Beasthood?

Theoretically it should since Physical gems affect Blood damage, and it seems to work similarly to Blunt/Thrust (which are boosted by Beasthood).

But when I tried to kill rom with a Bone Marrow Ashed Cannon and a Full Beasthood bar it wasn't noticeably different to a regular BMA cannon shot.

So, is a 99 End build feasible? I mean, pump literally nothing but End, leave all other stats untouched, but upgrade weapons and stuff as normal.

Would stamina fuh deys, including runes to further boost it, be a feasible build? R1 spam into infinity, dodge and dance around invaders, run from one end if a level to the other.

Dodging is absolutely essential, try and dodge IN sometimes, learn his moves. He's a tough one. He's very parryable, too.

Just parry the guy. That's really all it takes and backstab him whenever he crys for lightning or he is leaping.
