Ive decided between now and legion I'm gonna do some low level twinking and was wondering what classes are good. Im thinking im gonna play at level 29 for arenas bgs and also a lot of dank strangelthornn ganking. What classes are good?
Also I know the classes are all getting revamped when the prepatch hits in like a week, is there anywhere where I can see what abilities and spells are availabe to each class at each level?

Rogue is fun, sneaking around and taking (nearly) no fall damage has made me love the class.
It's looking neat in Legion too.

Literally this. Brewmaster is so fucking fast to go through low level dungs. When you get guard and elusive brew it's literally a challenge to die.

Also, the 50% bonus exp is nice.

Soloing anything Cataclysm and before is completely effortless because you instagib everything and can be done by all classes.

Having full Ulduar 10M gear would probably be the easiest way to go about it. But I doubt it's impossible without.

Can't speak for the Legion changes (which are real fucking soon actually), but rogue is pretty tame when it comes to rng.
Only thing I can think of is the random procs of the soul capacitor (which is still frequent) and the random adrenaline rushes from the HFC tier set, when in Combat.
Both are minimal and specific to certain gear.

I quite like the new boomkin. The only proc that can happen is that the next spell has no cast time when you get hit by a melee attack.

It's quite refreshing to play after the RNG shitfest that most wod dps classes were.
