There is no math in this. The way the guaranteed 4* works is that servant rate is unchanged, it just gives you like a 90% chance to roll a 4* CE. Forgot exact numbers

I've read somewhere in these threads that the chance to get a 3* is just replaced by getting a 4* CE; while the chance of getting a 4* Servant is unchanged. Don't know how much of it is true.
