So how in the fuck does the Scholar update/dlc work for ps3 ds2? If I purchase all the dlc do I get the forlorn and new enemy placements? If I purchase the SotFS version from store do I get the above mentioned stuff? Do I have to switch to ps4/pc to get them? On ps3 do I get everything else though?

PS3 does not get the scholar re-release.
If you buy the DLC for PS3, you just get the DLC
Note that you do get the agape ring and Aldia stuff on the PS3 version, even without buying the DLC.

Scholar is PS4/XB1 and PC exclusive, it includes all of the dlcs packaged with it, changed enemy placements, increased phantom limit and a minor graphical upgrade.

I want to join something, but somehow, unlike in DS1, I can't seem to care about Covenants and they supposedly stand for.

rat covenant can be pretty fun, if someone actually ever goes down to the silly cave.

Went for large body type for my Guts char, not gonna lie I'm a bit aroused by that ass.

Damage is very low and it has trouble against certain enemies due to the terrible stamina costs.

However, you can dodge tonnes of enemy attacks using the L1, since it swerves and lowers your hitbox. You can low-profile under most horizontal slashes and lunge past vertical or diagonal stuff. It completely dumps on Champion Gundyr and the Twin Princes as a result.

The bare feet completely ruin any sort of fashion you're trying for, and there really aren't any helmets that look good with a shirt that tight.
