That warrior i posted was created at launch though, and I still have access to the items, so I don't have a solution for you, sorry.

I boosted this character to 50, I dont see anything like that in my inventory, I also checked for the sword just incase i already opened something like that but I dont see that anywhere in my inventory or bank either.. thanks for the help though.

As far as I know, the only source is the leveling bag and it's soulbound the second you open it.
I'd submit a bug report or post on the forums or something, because it feels like that should really be included with the boost - especially because they've made an effort to include other items gained over the course of leveling.

The sword DOES exist outside of the bag, looks wise. I think it is about 30 or 40, I doubt it's crafted but I know I'd seen it in the AH pre-F2P.
