How do I hitscan properly? I'm terrible as widowmaker and can't seem to make any shots; I've messed with my mouse sensitivity and it's improved my tracking, but I still can't seem to center headshots. Is it really as simple as passing the crosshairs over somebody, waiting for that diamond pop-up and shooting?
