How come two dudes from Venezuela with barely any money and no previous game dev experience made Valhalla, while Breeding Season failed miserably with millions of dollars and a first world dev team?

No shit it failed.

One is a VN with a few sprites and one route, whereas Breeding Season was a fully-fledged porn game.

The only reason they "failed miserably" though is because they got Jew'd.

Breeding Season was wracked with conflict between the devs and the premise was pretty shaky. Valhalla is a linear VN developed by like 2 dudes, and its success is at least due in part to the fact that they live in a third world shithole.

It looks like they want to make a proper dystopian cyberpunk city, only you play as a cat.

I'll play this and pretend I'm in Glitch City.

Aesthetics are top notch and the camera is smooth as butter, but the cat itself looks uncanny as fuck.

If your right to a refund is forfeit the moment you take delivery of the shipment, why have a refund policy at all. You have to open the package to see if it's even the item you ordered or if it's damaged.
