About 50 hours according to my save file. I ignored most side quests and didn't do much exploring aside from stuff near the main quest and to hunt down the tribunal mage set. Pic related has nothing to do with the main quest at all, I just wandered that way because a bounty was nearby. You can probably take more or less time than that.
